Here is my punch recipe for this months Liquid Dreams. I make this for just about every major event and it is always a hit. Finally a punch that isn’t just sugary sweet.
2 cups Apple Juice
12 oz Pineapple Juice (2 little cans)
1 can (12 oz) Cranberry Juice Concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 can (6oz) Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed and undiluted
5 cups (about) Club Soda, chilled
Combine all ingredients except Club Soda and mix. Add Club Soda just before serving. Serve over ice. I mix up the base the day before and just mix it almost 1:1 base to soda. You probably need to make a double batch because it goes so fast!
