  4. I really dislike the going back to clean part, after we have moved everything out of the old house. Just when I’m ready to dig in and make my new place my own, I need to go back and make the old place sparkle. Definitely my l;east favorite part of moving.

  18. Packing is the worst part about moving. Having 4 kids & being marries for a long time, you don’t realize how much stuff you accumulate until it’s moving time!

  19. I just hate moving in general…trying to figure out where stuff needs to go during the transition.

  21. The worst part of moving for me is the disruption in the household routine. First thing I have to do is get the washer and dryer set up at the new place, and get kitchen dishes put away so laundry and feeding routines can get back on track right away. If people can find dishes to keep themselves nourished and have clean clothes, everything else falls back into place.

  22. How about the inbetween part. I hate when you start packing up things that are not in use at the time to only need the item 2-3 days later and you cant find it.

  25. I always manage to break something important when we move, no matter how well I wrap something too! I’ve come to realize I’m going to lose something I love every time I move, so I think I’m used to it now.

  29. My least favorite part is trying to get everything done at the last minute while waiting for the movers to arrive!

  32. I hate that you often find out who your friends are… Because a lot of your so called friends are suddenly unavailable when it comes time to help moving stuff.
