So I am still pretty couch bound when it comes to cooking so we are going to be eating out of the freezer. Wednesday is also my NerdPie’s birthday! So she gets to pick out dinner.

Wednesday: (The girl requested) Chicken Kiev, Stovetop Stuffing, Broccoli
Thursday: Cube Steak, Beer Bread, Broccoli
Friday: Salmon, Crockpot Mac & Cheese (this is a new recipe to me and I am going to make a double batch), Broccoli
