As I sit here at the computer at almost 1am all I can do is hope that I start feeling better!!! It is just the aches, cough and sore throat but ick. So I best help myself (and my husband) out with an easy dinner plan for this week.
Monday: BBQ’ed chicken thighs, broccoli, rice
Tuesday: Pork loin, broccoli, noodles w/ butter
Wednesday: Beans, rice and spinach w/ leftover meat
Thursday: Turkey bacon burger, fries
Friday: Kids having Mac & Cheese w/ sitter!
