Saw an article from the Hill come across on Twitter and thought it was interesting! I guess a plane was flying around DC and lost radio communication while at the same time drifted into restricted air space. That caused the Capitol building to at least begin be evacuated. It seems that it was over in moments.

I hope no one else’s New Year’s Day has been that exciting.
