So here we go into another week of wheat free living! I think my stomach is feeling better and we aren’t starving so let us soldier on!
Monday: Tuna, Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli
Tuesday: Beans and Rice with Asparagus
Wednesday: Shredded Chicken with Spaghetti Squash and Spinach
Thursday: Steak with Sweet Potato Fries and Broccoli
Friday: Sunday School class over!!! Carnitas with refried bean and rice!!!
As I sit here at the computer at almost 1am all I can do is hope that I start feeling better!!! It is just the aches, cough and sore throat but ick. So I best help myself (and my husband) out with an easy dinner plan for this week.
Hey all! So I can not believe it but we are officially starting school this week, with new day planners and everything. How did it get to be the middle of August already? But I have sort of recovered from BlogHer so I am going to attempt to do more real cooking this week;).
Monday: Chicken and Rice with Broccoli (leftover chicken;)
Tuesday: NerdDad & the older kids: pizza w/Lego Robotics group. Me & the little kids: Javier’s!
Wednesday: Marinated Ahi Tuna steaks with Zucchini Corn Cakes
Thursday: Chili Baked Potatoes with Broccoli
Friday: Zucchini Egg Casserole with Pancakes
I can not believe that it is August already!!! And more than that, I can’t believe that I am heading off to BlogHer this week!!! But that means I need to make sure that shop and plan well for the family while I am gone! I warn you, NerdDad really likes rice!

Tuesday: Cheeseburger pie with spinach
Wednesday: BBQ’ed chicken thighs, rice and broccoli

Wednesday: Ham in pasta with Alfredo sauce and spinach
Thursday: Tilapia, rice, and broccoli
Friday: Hot Dogs and chips
Ok, the only thing that is going to make this a Tax Day Meal Plan is the date it is being set for. If this were really a Tax Day plan we would do nothing but eat cardboard and bitter tears;).
Monday: hamburgers and hotdogs, grilled zuchinni
Tuesday: quesadillas, carrots
Wednesday: pasta alfredo with ham and spinach
Thursday: Seder Dinner w/ grilled chicken thighs, matzo ball soup, broccoli, etc
