Meal Plan Monday

I got so caught up in Lost that I forgot to do my menu! So now…. what to eat this week?

Monday: Chicken Cordon Bleu, Buttery rolls, Broccoli
Tuesday: Corned Beef, fried potatoes, broccoli
Wednesday: Pasta with shrimp and spinach in a garlic butter sauce
Thursday: Chicken Pot Pies
Friday: Homemade pizza with pepperoni and bacon

My freezer is starting to get empty so I might be doing a little freezer cooking soon! But until then I think we will eat fine;). I have a fairly busy week so I am going to keep is simple.

Tuesday: Homemade Spinach Gnocchi with Chicken in a Garlic Butter Sauce
Wednesday: Chicken Kiev, Buttery Rolls, Broccoli
Thursday: Corned Beef, Broccoli, Fried Potatoes
Friday: Chili Mac and Cheese

I hope that this week is starting off to a great start! I have a busy week running into a crazier week;). But that isn’t a reason to not have good food! So here is the plan.

Tuesday: Ham, Potato Pancakes, Broccoli
Friday: Pasta with Beef and Spinach with a Butter Garlic Sauce

I hope that you guys are all ready for another great week! I am finishing off my freezer cooking so soon I need to refill it! I will probably focus on that toward the end of this week and the beginning of next week. That way I can have the freezer all stocked before I head into a nutty May. But first things first, here is this week’s menu!

Monday: Chicken Kiev, Rice, Broccoli
Thursday: Corned Beef, Sweet Corn Muffins, Broccoli
Friday: Chili, Broccoli Mac and Cheese
