My freezer is starting to get empty so I might be doing a little freezer cooking soon! But until then I think we will eat fine;). I have a fairly busy week so I am going to keep is simple.
Tuesday: Homemade Spinach Gnocchi with Chicken in a Garlic Butter Sauce
Thursday: Corned Beef, Broccoli, Fried Potatoes
Friday: Chili Mac and Cheese
